1. How can I obtain digital certificate?

Digital Certificate can be purchased from Certificate Authorities (CA): POS Digicert Sdn. Bhd., MSC Trustgate.com Sdn. Bhd. and TM Applied Business Sdn. Bhd. For further information, please read here.

2. How long does it take for me to receive the digital certifcate?

Users would typically receive Soft Certificate and Roaming Certificate medium in 24 hours period after purchase. As for token medium, the user would recieve it in 5 working days period depending on the approval from the Certificate Authorities (CA): POS Digicert Sdn. Bhd., MSC Trustgate.com Sdn. Bhd. and TM Applied Business Sdn. Bhd.

3. How can I back-up the Certificate?

Users are able to download the Soft Certificate provided by the Certificate Authorities (CA): POS Digicert Sdn. Bhd., MSC Trustgate.com Sdn. Bhd. and TM Applied Business Sdn. Bhd.

4. How much does it cost me to purchase the Soft Certificate?

The amount charged is dependent on the Certificate Authorities (CA) and the digital certificate medium in question. For further information please read here.

1. What is the maximum file size for file upload?

Tax Agent Application : 2MB.

Tax Exemption Application: 4MB.

2. What is the permitted file format for file upload?

Tax Agent Application: *.pdf (documents), *.jpeg,*.png atau *.tif (passport image).

Tax Exemption Application: any format.

Import Duty and Excise Duty Exemption On Vehicles For MM2H Participants

1. What is the maximum price for vehicles purchased under this particular incentive?

The maximum limit of RM150,000 is imposed on visas beginning on the year 2017. Otherwise, no limits are imposed on visas beginning before the year 2017.

2. What is the maximum number of vehicles allowed under this particular application?

One vehicle only for a lifetime.

3. Could a vehicle approved under duty/tax exemption change ownership?

Yes, but participant must apply for ownership change application in MyCukai beforehand.
